Where are you based?
Our office and operations are based in Jinan, Shandong, China, the city where SINOTRUK is also headquartered. RUNWORTH operates independently.
Is there a fixed minimum quantity?
There is no fixed blanket MOQ. We focus on business procurement and assess quantities, packaging and supply conditions for the actual parts list.
How long does order preparation take?
A container order of common parts typically takes 15–20 days to prepare. Out-of-stock items may take 3–20 days to order, depending on the specific part. Freight transit is additional.
What if a wrong part or quality issue is confirmed?
We provide replacement support for verified wrong-part and quality issues. Keep the order reference, labels and clear photographs so our team can review the case.
